The Legacy, Continued
Topline Designs, founded by Adam Abu-Issa in 2022, carries on the 40 year legacy of serving the automotive industry with intention and excellence from his Predecessor and mentor, Ron Visser of Fine Line Designs, Inc. During Adam's time getting his degree in Psychology, he worked for several car dealerships. Bouncing around many different roles and positions in Sales and service he was fated to meet Ron while working in the collision center. Ron's love for golf and Adam's love for physical wellness went hand in hand, and soon Adam began giving Ron tips and pointers on form and exercises that may help his golf game. After a while, Adam would eventually ask Ron if he was looking for an apprentice, which started their journey together. For half a year, Ron worked tirelessly to train Adam both on and off the job, where he soon discovered just how beloved Ron was by the many shops and clients he worked with. This demonstrated to Adam the potential for even greater purpose than he had at previous jobs now that he would not be limited to the customers and coworkers of one working establishment, but many as a mobile solution.
Regardless of the job or position, self improvement, high performance, and finding purpose drove Adam to go above and beyond every day cheerfully. Having meaningful connections and interactions with clients, coworkers, business partners is truly the zest of life.
Like Ron, Adam is committed to quality service, positive customer and business relationships, and continuing to cultivate and culminate the trade with his attention to detail. It has grown and changed since the years of Fine Lines, where pinstripes and moldings were of greater demand. With the current business market, Adam has moved towards specializing more in Clear Bra (Paint Protection Film) application, Vinyl wraps/Graphics, and is looking to expand into sign making and potentially PDR. Adam has also picked up Painted pinstriping in hopes of reviving, revolutionizing, and bringing on a new era of car customization in his own way, but we will always offer pinstriping for anyone interested. What kind of "Pinstriper" cant lay a pinstripe?
